As Phoenix Engineering have been producing equipment
since 1891 there are now a number of machines in preservation
in UK and around the world.
The Road Roller Assocation in the UK have two Phoenix
machines, a "Rapid" tar boiler, and an "Edwards"
screed spreader. More information on the RRA can be

Sprayers, manufactured in 1954, abandoned on Christmas
Island after the nuclear testing there. The machines
were sent out to prepare the site and are now being
removed as part of the clearance operation."
